By registering for a Love, Nonna event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Love, Nonna’s Terms and Conditions, which are available for review.

2. Privacy Acknowledgement

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with Love, Nonna’s Privacy Policy.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Your registration confirms acceptance of Love, Nonna’s Cancellation and Refund Policy, as published and available for review.

4. General Disclaimer

Love, Nonna has taken reasonable care to ensure that all event details and information are accurate at the time of publication. However, Love, Nonna accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, nor for any loss, damage, delay, personal injury, or death arising directly or indirectly from reliance on such information. Love, Nonna reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release

I acknowledge that participation in Love, Nonna events may involve activities that carry inherent risks, including physical exertion and the possibility of injury. I understand that accidents can occur and that participation may result in personal injury, illness, or, in rare cases, death.

I confirm that I am aware of my own medical conditions, dietary requirements, and allergies, and accept full responsibility for avoiding any substances or ingredients that may adversely affect me. I agree to communicate any relevant needs or concerns to Love, Nonna prior to participating.

With full knowledge of these risks, I voluntarily choose to participate and agree to assume all risks associated with my involvement. I release and indemnify Love, Nonna, including its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives, from any liability, claim, or demand arising from my participation in the event. 

I confirm that I hold appropriate personal medical and travel insurance and accept full responsibility for any medical treatment, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of injury, illness, or accident during or following the event. This agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, and legal representatives.

In consideration for being permitted to participate, I waive any present or future claims against Love, Nonna for injury, loss, damage, or death arising from or connected with my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Media Release

I grant Love, Nonna the unrestricted right to photograph, record, and use images or video of me for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, in both print and digital formats, without limitation or compensation.

7. Acknowledgement

By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read and understood this Agreement and voluntarily accept its terms. I understand that this document is legally binding and constitutes a release of liability between myself and Love, Nonna, including its staff, contractors, and representatives.
